Pre Order

  1. Some items like branded handbags, cosmetic, skincare, perfume and so on need to be ordered if we do not have ready stock with us.
  2. Upon confirmation of item purchase, you need to pay for a down payment of 50% of the item price for reservation. This amount is fully refunded if the item is totally sold out.
  3. Product's color on the photo may vary slightly from the actual product colors due to different computer display settings.

Payment policy

  1. To make payment please transfer the total amount to our bank account and inform us by email after you had made the payment. In your email please inform us the bank, amount, payment method, date of payment and order number. You need to keep the payment record for future verification.
  2. We will refund the balance of your order in terms of discount coupon if you have overpaid us. You may request the refund in cash as well.  Please contact us by email.

Shipping method

  1. We will post out your parcel within 24 hours after confirmation of your payment. This only applies for ready stock items.
  2. We may delay your parcel delivery without any further notice due to unforeseen problem.
  3. For urgent delivery cases, please leave us a note and we will try our best to post out the parcel for you as soon as possible.
  4. If we found out that the item that you purchase is not in proper condition, we will inform you by email or sms. You are allowed to exchange with other same value product or pay extra for higher value product. We will refund the balance as discount coupon if you exchange with lower value product or you have nothing to exchange with.
  5. We have the right to select any delivery method based on your address given to us.
  6. You will receive your parcel within 2 business days after the day we post out your parcel.
  7. Tracking number will be provided to you via email or whatsapp/sms. If you did not receive the parcel in 4 working days after payment is made, please contact us. We will check your delivery status with the courier service company.
  8. If we receive a return parcel due to invalid mailing address, contact number or etc, we will not be responsible for the resent chargers.
  9. We will only deliver the parcel on weekdays.
  10. There are 2 types of delivery method for oversea customers. Normal Parcel is the budget delivery to overseas but take longer delivery time while Post Express is the fastest delivery method with higher postage rate. You may check the rate at www.pos.com.my.

Return policy

When you are shopping online, the usual problem that you encounter is when you did not receive what you expected. In order to create a peace of mind while shopping with us, we provide return warranty to all products.

  1. The warranty validity period is 7 days starting from the day the parcel had been delivered out by us.
  2. In order to prevent our warranty from being abused, all our refund is in the form of discount coupon and not in cash. Please note that we will automatically deduct 20% from the return item for processing and restocking fee.
  3. Item returned must be in complete packing and with product tag. Item returned to us that are stained, washed, damaged or used will not be eligible for return.
  4. Customer has to fully bear for the delivery cost incurred for returning the item to us. Product damaged or lost during shipment to return to us is customer’s full responsibility. Thus we strongly advice you to use registered or courier shipping.
  5. Each item in our website will be inspected before being shipped out. This is to ensure that the products that leave us are in good condition. Further we will place a clothes tag after inspection. However, quality description is very subjective; therefore, minor stain/spots, off-line, minor scratches are not considered as quality issue. We still allow for item return if you insist on it, but 20% will be deducted from the returned item as processing and restocking fee.

Customer returns the item to us. Once received, we will send a discount voucher to the customer.

(Please take note that shipping charges are not included in the deduction.)

 Even though we have inspected our products before we ship out, we could not control the product condition during transportation. If you found out that the product you received is damaged, we are willing to exchange for you.

Color of the actual products might slightly different due to lighting effect, camera lighting or different monitor color setting. If you are not satisfied with the actual product's color that you received, we are willing to exchange for you.

Before you return the item to us, please take a picture of the damaged product and email to us. We will then judge and reply an email to you of our decision. You will then receive a discount voucher from us.

Item wrongly sent to customer

If you receive a product that is not ordered by you, don’t worry. Just inform us by email. Then you need to post the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will then post back the correct order to you. All the postage cost will be borne by Krissu Fashion. The postage fee will be returned to you in the form of discount voucher.
