What you can get from us

How to Apply for Exclusive Dropship?

To qualify for exclusive dropship, you must first register for an account at our website. Please go to My Account to register.

To participate in our Dropship, Wholesale and Reseller Program, kindly register yourself and email us at krissu@krissufashion.com.my. We need to switch your status from retailer to seller in our system and your account will be activated within 24 hours. Below is the example of email:

I would like to request you to activate my account for dropship/reseller/wholesale program:

Email:(Please provide email that you use to register an account with us)

We will then switch your account from normal buyer to dropship member. You will start with basic bronze member first.
A notification email will be email to you once we had complete the switching.
Then you can start to promote and get sales. When you have order, just place your order online, make payment and we will ship out to your customer using your details as sender. We will not contact your customer and they do not know that you purchase from us.
There is no fee involve and it is totally FREE of charge.

Minimum Order Quantity

No minimum order quantity required. However in order to prevent misuse, every dropship agent, reseller or wholesaler need to first accumulate 6 items in order to enjoy reseller price. Example:

Item 1 to 6 which can be place differently, you will be paying for normal price first. Then when you reach 6 items in a month, just email to us and we will rebate back the price difference between normal price and reseller/dropship price back to your bank account.

Item 7 onwards, you can just pay for dropship/reseller price.

Shipping Fees

Items are sent by Pos Laju. Thus please select postage during check out. FREE Delivery is not entitle for dropship agents as we had provide discount to you. Our postage calculation is same as Pos Laju.

Things You Should Know About Dropship

1. We will not put our company name (Krissu Fashion) in the "FROM" address column so that your customer will not know the parcel comes from us.

2. We will only put your name and contact number as sender.

3. Packaging -
a. We will not use our company tag in packing. Only use normal plastic bags & boxes. All items will be first check, QC and ensure free of defect before ship out.

3. Items are only reserved for 2 working day in order for you to make payment. Shall your customer back out, please drop us an email to cancel your order.

Terms & Conditions

1. We will not be responsible in dealing with your customer, we only deal with you directly. We will not contact your customer as well.

2. If a particular stock becomes sold out or any issue related to your order, we will inform you, and you will need to inform your customers. We will not be dealing with your customers, otherwise your customers will know the items they purchase are from "Krissu Fashion"

3. All the tracking numbers will be provided to you.

4. Once you placed order, the items will be reserved for 2 working days only. Order will be automatically cancelled after the reservation period.

Dropship/Reseller Level:

All Dropship/Reseller Agents will start off with Bronze member first. When your order increases, we will up your level. Reason for level up is that, you will be able to enjoy more discount as per compare to your previous level. Kindly email to us for account switch when you are entitle for it. Below is the Dropship/Reseller level available:

Type of Reseller	Order quantity per month
Bronze	Minimum 6 pieces per month
Silver	Automatically become silver member once you hit 30 pcs in a month. To maintain silver member discount rate, in 3 months time you only need to take min 30pcs. If you fail to hit the target, you will automatically drop back to bronze member.
Gold	Automatically become gold member once you hit 60 pcs in a month. To maintain silver member discount rate, in 3 months time you only need to take min 60pcs. If fail to hit the target, you will automatically drop back to silver member.
Platinum	Automatically become platinum member once you hit 120 pcs in a month. To maintain silver member discount rate, in 3 months time you only need to take min 120pcs. If fail to hit the target, you will automatically drop back to gold member.
Diamond	Automatically become diamond member once you hit 200 pcs in a month. To maintain silver member discount rate, in 3 months time you only need to take min 200pcs. If fail to hit the target, you will automatically drop back to platinum member.
