Note: FREE DELIVERY IS NOT applicable for Special Offer/Clearance items.
Free Delivery is only applicable for retail customers. Dropshipper/Reseller need to select postage during item check out.

Shipping is FREE as long as you stay in Malaysia and you may refer to each product description for more details. Only sales and clearance item do not have the FREE DELIVERY facilities. For international buyer example Singaporean, you may email to us for quotation. We are using international air parcel from Pos Malaysia to perform our international delivery.

Krissu Fashion only supports cash / cheque deposit to our banking account, and online banking. Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with delivery. We are using the service of Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB Bank, RHB bank and HSBC Bank. For Singapore we have DBS account for easy transfer as well.

When you are shopping online, the usual problem that you encounter is when you did not receive what you expected. In order to create a peace of mind while shopping with us, we provide return warranty to all products except stated other wise.

Customer returns the item to us. Once received, we will send a discount voucher to the customer. (Please take note that shipping charges are not included in the deduction.)
Even though we have inspected our products before we ship out, we could not control the product condition during transportation. If you found out that the product you received is damaged, we are willing to exchange for you.
Color of the actual products might slightly different due to lighting effect, camera lighting or different monitor color setting. If you are not satisfied with the actual product's color that you received, we are willing to exchange for you. |

Before you return the item to us, please take a picture of the damaged product and email to us. We will then judge and reply an email to you of our decision. You will then receive a discount voucher from us. |

If you receive a product that is not ordered by you, don’t worry. Just inform us by email. Then you need to post the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will then post back the correct order to you. All the postage cost will be borne by Krissu Fashion. The postage fee will be returned to you in the form of discount voucher. |

Our concept is like FOS. At FOS you may see some clothing brand like Levi’s, H&M, Tommy, Michael Kors and so on. What FOS have is clothing and what we have is bag. Furthermore our margin is low thus we can sell at low price. Although it is at low price but is still original. Due to the stocks are directly from factory thus not all of them will go through QC but we will inspect before post out to you to make sure it has no defect. However, minor imperfection like small scratches or tiny stain might exist because we hard to make sure the goods are 100% in perfect condition. Although at outside boutiques, their bags are not in perfect condition too. Their bags are with scratches, slanting logo, extra tread and so on but are selling in original price. Our stocks are same but are selling at much lower price.

For the colour issue, the actual product colour might be different due to lighting effect, monitor lighting or colour setting. Many items photo are taken from actual products.
